know drinking water in the morning it's

do Intermittent Fasting. I'm gonna go to get some water in the kitchen

I usually get full of this bottle for the whole day
You have to drink 2 litre of water every day okay

some milk and maybe some vegetable for lunch

It's almost 12
I'm super hungry right now This is rice. I eat very little of rice. For this
one I can eat like for two months. Yeah super hungry right now. I just want to go home and
cook and eat man, Ah so hungry. The best way to get over the hungriness that
you need to do something that not thinking of food and try to drink a lot of water
when you get hungry, you drink a lot of water it makes you feel better
this is very important to drink water so 2 litre of water is okay or you
can drink more depends on your need but at least two litre of water. It's very
important okay.
It's 12 now time to eat but I haven't cooked anything yet so I'm
gonna eat banana first and then I will cook and eat for lunch

Finally done guys. Today we have rice, little of rice, chicken, eggs and vegetable. Ahh. it's amazing
so hungry okay I'm gonna eat guys. I cannot
wait anymore.

Ok. Right now
I'm gonna take Whey Protein and all supplements I have like super vitamin D
Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc and multi vitamins and minerals. Yeah I will take
all of that and collagen as well okay
Milk guys.
You know in this period of 8 hours try to eat as much as you can
bananas, apples, milk, supplements, food, just eat in this period 8 hours
After this period you eat nothing just drink water
Guys it's 6 p.m. right now so I'm gonna have dinner guys. Yeah, you know we need to limit as
much as we can rice at night because we need to limit carb in our body
it's 7:00 p.m. now so I'm gonna measure my height and see how much I grew
Ok. So this is the new mark. Yeah new mark here and those marks in the middle I measured
recently but today it increased to this, the new mark. Let's see how much
what the f*ck man one two, 1.2 centimeters right
now. Ahhhhh. So total is 2.7 cm. Hahaha. What the feck. Okay so 1.5 cm in
Vietnam. Now in Japan 1.2 cm so total is 2.7
centimeters but I'm not quite happy because this year almost end end but I
still not reach 3 centimeters in total. Ahhh
Today is December 27 so just 3 days left I think there is no change but it's still
